These Terms of Service apply to TML URL Redirect, operated by Taimanle. They are practical founder-reviewed terms and are not a lawyer-approved legal opinion.

TML URL Redirect is provided for Shopify merchants to manage redirect rules and related Shopify storefront URL workflows. Merchants are responsible for the redirect rules, source paths, destination URLs, imported files, and external domains they configure.
We aim to keep the app available and useful, but the app depends on Shopify, hosting providers, databases, themes, and merchant store configuration. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every Shopify/platform-controlled route can be redirected.
Merchants must not use the app for phishing, malware, spam, deceptive redirects, unsafe external destinations, illegal activity, or attempts to bypass Shopify or third-party rules. Merchants should test important redirects before relying on them for launch traffic.
Support is available at support@taimanle.com. We may ask for a shop domain and example URLs to troubleshoot an issue. Do not send secrets, passwords, payment data, or unnecessary customer data.

We may update these terms as the app changes. The “Last updated” date on this page shows the current version.
