TML Quiz terms of use

Using the app

TML Quiz helps Shopify merchants create and publish storefront quizzes, configure questions and results, select product recommendations, and review responses. You are responsible for the quiz content and links you publish, the products you recommend, the personal information you request, and your use of shopper responses.

Do not use the app for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, abusive, or harmful content, or to collect information you are not entitled to process. Keep passwords, access tokens, payment details, and unnecessary sensitive information out of quiz content, AI prompts, and support messages.

AI proposals and publishing

AI features provide editable proposals and can produce incorrect or unsuitable content. Review questions, branching, recommendations, design, consent wording, and links before applying a proposal or publishing. AI does not automatically publish a quiz. Manual editing remains available when AI is unavailable or your allowance is used.

Saving a draft does not change an existing published quiz. Publishing creates a version, and a Shopify Quiz app block selects the quiz displayed on your storefront. Test the quiz and its result paths on the theme where it will appear.

Plans and billing

Plan features, available AI actions, and usage are displayed in the app. Shopify hosts subscription selection, approval, and billing. Review the current Shopify approval screen before accepting a subscription.

Paid AI allowances use UTC calendar months, separately from Shopify’s 30-day subscription billing cycle. Usable generation, revision, and styling proposals consume actions; applying an existing proposal does not consume another action. Pro brand styling requires the applicable plan. The app may limit daily attempts to protect service availability.

Privacy and shopper information

The TML Quiz privacy notice explains app-data processing and the use of AI service providers. If you enable email capture, you are responsible for appropriate consent wording and your store privacy disclosures. Capturing an email in a quiz does not by itself enroll a shopper in a separate marketing service.

Availability and support

The app depends on Shopify, hosting and AI providers, your theme, and your store configuration. Features may be temporarily unavailable, and theme support for app blocks varies. No uninterrupted service or particular business result is guaranteed.
