TML Release Check terms of use

Last updated on October 4, 2026

TML Release Check is operated by Taimanle. These terms describe permitted use and the scope of its reports. Questions: support@taimanle.com.

Authorized use

Use the app only for a Shopify store you own or are authorized to manage. Configure checks for ordinary storefront products and page paths belonging to that installed store. You authorize the app to load those pages, collect screenshot evidence, and use configured storefront cart controls in its isolated test browser. The app does not authorize you to scan unrelated stores, internal/private services, or third-party systems.

Do not supply secrets or unnecessary personal information, attempt to bypass network/tenant restrictions, overload the service, or configure destructive actions. Use safe test data. The app does not publish themes, alter products, create orders, or complete payments.

Pilot limits and fees

The launch software pilot is free. Each shop can create up to three report requests in a rolling 30-day period; failed or blocked runs and reruns count as requests. A report covers up to five selected pages and one ordinary product/variant scenario. Reports and screenshot evidence expire after 14 days. There is no automatic paid conversion or charge in this pilot. A future paid plan would require separately disclosed pricing and the required Shopify approval flow.

Report interpretation

A PASS applies only to the named configured check that completed in the indicated environment and time. FAIL means evidence did not meet the configured expectation. NOT TESTED identifies blocked, unavailable, unsupported, excluded, or incomplete checks. Visual differences require your judgment and can include dynamic-content noise.

Mobile-width screenshots use Chromium viewport emulation, not physical devices or iOS/Safari. Payment completion, customer accounts, bundles, subscriptions, complex workflows, all browser/theme combinations, continuous monitoring, and automatic fixes are outside the pilot’s scope.

A report is evidence for a particular run. It is not a certification that a release is safe, comprehensive testing, or a guarantee of no defects, conversions, revenue, uptime, or future storefront behavior. You remain responsible for your release decision and additional testing appropriate to your store.

Service and support

Checks depend on storefront access, bot protection, third-party storefront services, supported controls, and browser/hosting availability. Queue delays and unavailable evidence can occur. We may suspend misuse, adjust future limits with notice, or discontinue the pilot. Contact support for configuration assistance or a suspected app error; support assistance is not an included professional release certification.

Uninstall through Shopify admin to revoke access. Data handling and deletion follow the privacy notice. These terms do not exclude rights that applicable law prevents excluding.
